We offer different shipping methods based on order quantity and volume:
- For orders under 2kg (Gross Weight & Volumetric Weight) – Eparcel by post or Fast courier.
- For orders over 2kg – Fast courier.
- For orders around 1CBM in volume – Sea freight or air freight.
- Special Line: by sea + Courier or by air + Courier - Takes long time but cheap
Eparcel by post - Slower Parcel Delivery ( door to door )
Typically takes 15-30 working days.Generally, it arrives within 15 working days, but in rare situations, it may extend up to 90 days. Due to longer delays, higher risk of loss, and the high value of silk products, we do not recommend this shipping method. Please note that Post e-parcel does not support shipping to all countries.

Usually takes 6-10 business days (including processing time), but may slow down during busy seasons, be faster at regular.

Sea freight ( sea port to sea port )
Unlike courier services, which are door-to-door, ocean freight is from sea port to sea port. Once your goods arrive at the destination port, you will need to arrange customs clearance and transportation to your warehouse. Ocean freight is the most cost-effective way to reduce shipping expenses.
Air freight ( air port to air port )
Unlike courier services, which are door-to-door, air freight is from airport to airport. Once the goods arrive at the destination airport, you will need to arrange customs clearance and transportation to your warehouse.
Special Line ( Port to Door)
- by sea + Courier - Ship by sea to your nearest sea port, then arrange delivery to your address using local courier.
- by air + Courier - Ship by air to your nearest air port, then arrange delivery to your address using local courier.
This is a shipping channel created to solve the problem of buyers not being familiar with import matters and to meet the needs of buyers. The consignee does not need to arrange customs clearance by theirself, the freight forwarder arranges all matters, and the buyer only needs to wait for the goods to be received.
However, buyers through this shipping channel may not be able to feel the movement of the goods and worry about the safety of the goods. So if you choose this shipping channel, please be sure to consider the timeliness issue. The cost needs to be estimated based on the specific goods (weight and volume) and the delivery address. Frequently Asked Questions - Eparcel / Fast Courier
Q: I have a courier account. Can you ship using my account?
A: Sorry, we cannot use your courier account for shipping.
Q: I have my own freight forwarder. Can you send the goods to them for shipment?
A: Yes. Please notify us when placing your order so we can exclude shipping costs, and provide the warehouse address and contact details of your freight forwarder. We will send the goods to them once ready.
Q: I have other products. Can you combine them with your shipment?
A: Yes, as long as the products don't require special export or import clearance documentation, such as Form E, Form A, CE certifications, etc.
Q: Can my shipping address be a P.O. Box?
A: It’s best to avoid using a P.O. Box, as it increases the risk of lost items. Please provide a complete address with a full name, phone number, and shipping address.
Q: When will I receive the tracking number after shipment?
A: We will provide the tracking number within 2 working days after ensuring the goods have been loaded onto the flight and are in transit.
Q: For formal customs clearance, can I use my own customs broker?
A: Yes, you can. You have the option to either let the courier handle customs clearance or use your own customs broker. Choose whichever option is more convenient for you.
Q: What should I do after receiving the tracking number?
A: Once you have the tracking number, you can check the shipment status on the courier’s official website. In most cases, if customs duties are applicable, the courier will contact you by phone, so please keep your phone available. Frequent shippers may receive email notifications directly from the courier.
Whether contacted by phone or email, always verify the identity of the sender before clicking any links or sharing personal information. If you cannot verify the sender, hang up and contact the official customer service via the courier's website. Alternatively, you can reach out to us for assistance, and we will help confirm the information.
