    - Alternatively, we offer free storage at our warehouse for future orders. By default, leftover labels will be stored for your next order. If you prefer them to be shipped with your order, please specify this when placing your order.

After payment:

  • Printed labels: Samples are not available.
  • Woven labels: Black and white samples can be provided before bulk production, but other colors are not available for sampe.

Layout & Design

  • You can provide a pre-designed layout, we will finalize the production layout for your confirmation.
  • If you only have a logo file, our design team will create the label layout based on your specifications and send it to you for approval. (Production layout is provided only after order placement.)
  • Order Confirmation & Production
    For all custom brand labels, we will issue an scrunchies invoice and an accessory confirmation file before production. Once confirmed, bulk production will begin. No changes can be made after production starts. Our production follows the confirmed documents, so please double-check all details before approval.

Can I customize the silk hair ties packaging?

Yes, you can! Please send us your requirements, including your preferred packaging bag or box style if there have.
Important notes:

  • Custom brand box requires a minimum order quantity of 500 or 1,000 pieces depends on workmanship, maybe more higher MOQ.
  • Custom box increases shipping costs. If you want to minimize shipping expenses, we do not recommend custom box. Alternatively, you can choose to have pure silk hair ties and box shipped separately (without pre-packaging). This allows you to package the scrunchies yourself upon arrival and helps save on shipping costs.

Can I customize scrunchies in other materials?

No. Our factory specializes in silk products only.

Can you provide samples?

Yes. Stock silk scrunchies are available for direct purchase. For other requests, please contact us for details.

How long is the production time?

  • If can use stock : Approximately 10 days (including around 8 days for label production).
