Silk is a refined and sensitive material, and its characteristics directly influence the appearance, size stability, and durability of finished home textile products.

As a home textile manufacturer, our quality control system focuses not only on fabric inspection, but on ensuring the material performs reliably throughout production and in end use.

Our goal is to reduce production risk and guarantee consistency in large-dimension finished products.

Fabric Control Before Production

Before silk fabric is released to production, it undergoes a structured pre-production inspection.

We verify:

• Surface condition (snags, oil marks, weaving irregularities, holes)
• Shade consistency within each lot
• Width and weight stability for large-panel applications
• Hand feel and drape suitability for the product design

Only fabrics meeting internal standards are approved for cutting.

Batch & Shade Management

Silk fabrics are strictly controlled by dye lot and batch number. Different lots are stored and processed separately to avoid shade variation within the same production order.

This is essential for home textiles where large panels and multiple components must maintain visual uniformity.

Performance Awareness for Home Textile Production

Because silk may react to washing, handling, and finishing, we assess basic performance before manufacturing:

• Rubbing observation (dry and wet)
• Shrinkage behavior after washing
• Visual check for color stability

This helps us anticipate fabric behavior during cutting, sewing, and finishing, reducing the risk of size change, distortion, or color inconsistency in finished products.

Production-Stage Quality Control

Fabric quality is monitored again during manufacturing:

• Visual inspection during fabric spreading and cutting
• Defect isolation before sewing
• Shade consistency control within each production batch
• Monitoring of panel matching for large-size products

This multi-stage control prevents fabric-related issues from passing into finished goods.

Traceability

Each production order is linked to fabric batch records and inspection data, ensuring full traceability from incoming material to finished product.
