  • If you only have a logo file, our design team will create the label layout based on your specifications and send it to you for approval. (Production layout is provided only after order placement.)
  • Order Confirmation & Production
    For all custom brand labels, we will issue an scrunchies invoice and an accessory confirmation file before production. Once confirmed, bulk production will begin. Important notes:

  • Custom brand box requires a minimum order quantity of 500 or 1,000 pieces depends on workmanship, maybe more higher MOQ.
  • Custom box increases shipping costs.
    If you want to minimize shipping expenses, we do not recommend custom box. Alternatively, you can choose to have pure silk hair ties and box shipped separately (without pre-packaging). This allows you to package the scrunchies yourself upon arrival and helps save on shipping costs.
