How to Place a Bulk Order?

• In-stock items – Purchase online directly.
• Customers requiring multiple in-stock varieties – Contact us for an order form. Example:
  Scrunchies Style – Color – Quantity
• Customers needing custom branding/designs – Contact us with your specific requirements.
• Repeat Orders – Contact us directly with your order details.

For all detailed orders, our service team will provide an invoice and workmanships file for confirmation. Please review them carefully. Once production starts, changes or cancellations are not accepted. Please read the color options guide carefully before order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for non-quality issues.

Tracking Your Order
If you need production and packaging images before shipment or updates on custom orders (fabric & materials progress), please inform us when placing the order. Our service team will note this in the system to ensure the production, packaging, and warehouse teams provide photos or videos as requested.

Lead Time

• In Stock Items - ship out within 1 to 3 working days.
• Custom Orders ( Brand tag / Types)

1. If can use stock : Approximately 10 days (including around 8 days for label production).
2. If can't use stock: normally 10 to 15 days. During peak season: 15 to 45 days

During busy seasons, order volumes may increase suddenly, causing extended production times. Please allow for extra lead time when placing your order.
