- The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1 bag, containing approximately 1,000 labels.

- If you are unable to order 1,000 silk scrunchies at this time, you may store your remaining labels in our warehouse free of charge for use with your next order.
Do you offer custom packaging?
yes, we support custom packaging:

How long does sample take?
- sample scrunchie - within 1 to 5 working days
- sample box - 1 week around
What is your production lead time?
Normally：
- Order with brand label tag, around 15 to 20 days after all confirm.
- Order with customized box and brand label, box productions takes more time:
- 1st order - around 30-40 days after all approved incudes preproduction sample time.
- Repeat order - around 25-30days after all approved.
During busy seasons（Before New Year, after CNY）, order volumes may increase suddenly, causing extended production times. Please allow for extra lead time when placing your order.
Can your factory match Pantone colors?
Yes, we use pantone color number as our standard production colors when customized. It will be easily avoid mistakes. Of course, if there any provide sample or color swatches, there will be best.
- Custom silk fabric colors, please provide Pantone TPX color number.
- Custom box - please provide Pantone C color number.
What silk material do you use?
Silk scrunchies represent just one of our product lines, we manufacture a comprehensive range of pure silk products—including silk pillowcases, silk eye masks, silk bedding, silk comforter, silk sleepwear, and more—available in 16, 19, 22, 25, and 30 momme silk fabrics. However, specifically for silk scrunchies, we recommend using only 19 or 22 momme silk fabric.
- 16 mm - Low-end - ❌ Not recommended (too thin, higher complaint risk)
- 19 mm - Mainstream Best Seller & Premium - ✅ Best balance (Recommended)
- 22 mm - Luxury - ✅ Optional upgrade

25-momme and 30-momme silk fabrics are suitable for medium-sized silk scrunchies and larger size of silk hair scrunchie like large / oversize / fluffy series. However, for the mini and classic styles, the fabric texture is too thick—making production difficult and resulting in an excessive number of defective items—and is therefore unsuitable.
Can you help new brands start with low MOQ?
Absoutely, our mission is to assist new brands in establishing themselves and achieving growth, while also helping our existing clients test the market. With the exception of accessoriess (label and packaging) - for which minimum order quantities (MOQs) are unavoidable due to machine manufacturing process constraints - we do not impose any MOQ requirements on our silk scrunchies. Brands are free to determine their purchasing quantities entirely based on their own specific budgets.
For custom silk scrunchie designs, the minimum order quantity is likewise established based on the production processes involved in creating test samples, ensuring a cost-effective MOQ.
What files do you need for logo printing?
JPG, PNG, PDF, Ai formats are all acceptable; please provide one of these, or any one of them combined with a PDF. Most importantly, the files must be high-resolution.

Do you support custom pattern silk scrunchie?
Yes. We support custom print silk scrunchie. The MOQ depends on per scrunchie' fabric usage quantity. You can divide the same pattern into different scrunchie styles. This helps reduce MOQ per type silk hair scrunchie.

Wholesale FAQ
Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. We provide wholesale price. Click each style silk scrunchie you will find scrunchie list, click each scrunchie page you will see the wholesale price list on the detail page which near 'add to cart'. If do not find, please refesh the page.
Price is single color price. For Mix colors price, please tell us scrunchie style, color and quantity and your detailed requirements, we will send to you details.
What quantity qualifies for wholesale pricing?
We support smaller orders using our regular stock silk fabrics without strict MOQ, 1 piece also available. However, pricing is still based on scrunchie type, quantity and color.

Can I mix colors and styles in one order?
Yes, we support mix colors and styles. The final price will be adjusted based on the specific styles, colors, and quantities selected.
Do you have ready stock available?
Yes. We support ready stock, only few color of some styles silk hair scrunchies. Please view ready stock to know of details.
What are your payment terms?
Normally only accept 100% payment in advance. For big bulk order, there accept deposit and payment before shipping.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you would like to ask about shipping costs, please provide your postal code.
How much is international shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume weight and gross weight of the package, please confirm the packaging details in advance.
Can you ship with my own shipping label on cartons?
Yes. Please provide details when order.
Do you work with boutiques and salons?
Yes, we work with many boutiques and salons.
Can I request samples before bulk order?
Yes. We support sample.

Do you offer ready stock skinny scrunchies?
Yes, all colors skinny silk scrunchies are in stock.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Of course, all stock skinny silk scrunchie are without brand tag. You also can make brand paper card / hang tag for silk skinny scrunchie, then now there have brand information. (No brand label options.)
Do you provide product photos for resellers?
Yes. We support pictures for resellers. We highly recommend that buyers take product photos in their own brand / lifestyle / distinct style to facilitate better sales.
Can you ship orders without supplier information?
Yes. We can offer blind shipping for resellers and online store owners.
Orders can be shipped without our factory branding or promotional materials.
How fast can you ship ready stock orders?

- If with brand paper card or hang tag, 8-10 days after all confirmed.(paper card production time takes 8-10 days.) Of course, you can request ship out scrunchie first.

What is the difference between silk and satin scrunchies?
- Silk scrunchies are made from 100% mulberry silk.
- Satin scrunchies are made from 100% polyester.
- Vegan scrunchies are made from Tencel or bamboo fiber.
The benefits of silk scrunchies stem from their fiber composition—specifically silk proteins—rather than merely their smooth surface. Unlike silk, other fabrics may possess a smooth texture but lack the unique nourishing properties inherent to silk.

How long have you been manufacturing silk scrunchie?
We are a leading manufacturer of silk products in China, with over 20 years of experience in the industry
- Between 2016 and 2017, silk hair accessories surged in popularity; it was during this period that we began manufacturing silk scrunchies.
- From 2022 to 2024, we established a dedicated Business Development Department focused specifically on our silk scrunchy operations.
- In 2025, we initiated preparations to operate the silk scrunchy business as an independent entity.

Who will arrange production?
Our Sale Service Team will make production sheets based on the invoice and issue it through our internal system. Subsequently, our production team will use this production sheets as the basis for scheduling production, and our quality control team will conduct inspections accordingly.
Please ensure that you carefully review the contents of the invoice—including all specific technical details—as it will serve as the official basis for the production order. Once production has commenced, no further changes will be accepted; should modifications become absolutely necessary, any resulting additional costs will be borne by you.
Do you provide photos of the bulk production?
Yes. Normally packaging team take photo as bulk records, but not too much. If you require pictures, please let us know when you place an order.
Why are responses sometimes slow?
Although we have dedicated order coordinators, the following situations may result in delayed responses:
When complex sample development is required, members of our service team must personally go to the workshop to coordinate directly with the sample team.
When clients have complex requirements regarding mass production or packaging, our service team members must personally go to the workshop to conduct inspections, thereby preventing unnecessary errors.
