Start Here — Not Sure Where to Begin?
We recommend most new brands start with:
✔ 3–5 silk colors
✔ Printed or woven logo label
✔ Simple packaging (paper card or poly bag)
✔ 300–500 pcs per style
Then scale up after your first launch.
Brand Development Process
From Idea to Finished Silk Scrunchies
Launching a new product can feel overwhelming, especially if this is your first private label project.
Many of our customers start with questions like:
- How do I add my logo?
- What type of label should I choose?
- Do I need custom packaging?
- How does custom printed silk work?
- What files are required?
Our team helps guide you through every stage of development — from logo branding to final production.
Whether you are launching a startup brand, growing an online store, or expanding an existing product line, we help simplify the process and reduce unnecessary risks.

FAQ
Q: Do I Need a Label Sample?
A: In most cases, no.
Because machine setup costs are similar to the cost of producing the minimum quantity (approximately 1,000 labels), many customers choose to approve the artwork and proceed directly to production.
Q: Do I Need to Order 1,000 Scrunchies If I Order 1,000 Labels?
A: No. Label MOQ is based on the printing process and is separate from your scrunchie order quantity. You can order scrunchies according to your actual needs and use the remaining labels for future orders. This helps startup brands reduce inventory pressure while maintaining professional branding.
Step 2 - Paper Cards & Hang Tags
Paper cards and hang tags help create a more professional retail presentation.
Many startup brands choose paper cards as a cost-effective alternative to custom packaging.
Artwork
- Available Finishes
Normal Printing / Gold Foid / Silver Foil / Embossed
For embossed logos, blind embossing is generally recommended because colored embossing may have alignment variations.

FAQ
Q: Are Samples Available?

Packaging Recommendation
Simple packaging with premium materials often creates a better result than overly complicated finishing processes.
For many brands, specialty paper combined with clean printing delivers a more premium appearance while reducing production risks.
Can Packaging Be Sampled?
Yes. Packaging samples can be produced before mass production.
However, standard samples are usually produced on sample machines rather than large offset printing presses. Sample approval should focus on:
- Structure
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Finishing
Color confirmation is typically completed during bulk production using Pantone C color number as a standard color, photos and videos.
Step 4 — Custom Printed Silk Scrunchie Development
Custom printed silk scrunchies allow brands to create exclusive collections and unique designs.
Printing Options
- Repeating Pattern Printing
Most recommended.
One printed fabric design can be used for multiple scrunchie styles, helping reduce MOQ requirements. - Placement Printing
Each style requires its own fabric layout.
MOQ is significantly higher and production is more complex.
For most projects, repeating patterns are recommended.
Artwork Requirements
- File Format - Ai / JPEG / PSD File
- Resolution - Minimum 300 DPI
- Color Standard - Pantone TPX color numbers are strongly recommended.
Without Pantone references, color variations may occur because different screens display colors differently.
Development Process
1. Submit Artwork
Send your pattern and design requirements.
2. Project Evaluation
We review artwork feasibility, printing method and MOQ requirements.
3. Quotation
Pricing and production recommendations are provided.
4. Print Layout Approval

6. Color Confirmation

8. Scrunchie Manufacturing
Finished products are produced and inspected.
More or Less
Custom printed fabrics may have slight quantity variations due to textile production processes.
- If actual production exceeds the ordered quantity, the additional quantity will be charged accordingly.
- If production is lower than ordered, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
